Tomorrow, Black Ops 6 is getting 2 new maps with season 2 reloaded: Grind and Bullet.
For those who have been in the CoD scene for a while, you’ll remember Grind from Black Ops 2 (objectively the best CoD ever made) or its remake in Black Ops 4. I am absolutely stoked about Grind making another return because it is seriously one of my favorite Call of Duty maps of all time. There’s just something about it. Not sure if its the colorful atmosphere (which, please, for the love of god Activision we need more of in modern day CoD), the setting of being in a skate park in Venice, California, or maybe I’m just the next victim of the gaming community’s nostalgia brainrot epidemic. Anyway, this year’s version of Grind is coming with some subtle hints at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collab for BO6 in some areas of the map. I think that’s actually pretty cool and it fits the vibe well.

The other map, Bullet, which is brand new, is set on a moving train near the ocean of Avalon. This map is about as close as we’ll probably ever get to that fan made concept map called “Hallway” (which, yes, I would have liked). It’s literally just a straight train, its different cabins, and the roof. Basically, if your aim is absolutely abysmal, you should love this map. With that said, I think this map is going to be a fucking blast.

Overall, I’m actually pretty excited about season 2 reloaded. I think it’s mostly because of Grind, but I have a feeling that Bullet is going to be pretty awesome too and I can’t wait to check both of the maps out. Also, don’t worry, I’ll continue to carry the CoD community on my back and deliver free DLCs by buying all $90 of the TMNT stuff from the shop. Pray for me.
